Q.Where is your office located?
We are located at 1850 Lee Road, Suite 250, in the Lee World Center office building, halfway between I-4 & 17-92, in Winter Park, Florida. Take exit 88 if you are coming from Interstate 4 and turn east as you follow the signs toward Winter Park which is located just north of downtown Orlando.

Q.What are your counseling fees?
Counseling fees range from 25.00-165.00 per 50-minute session with an experienced licensed professional; 50.00 for a registered intern and 25.00 for a master\'s level student intern. Our office staff will be happy to assist you with the specifics about selecting a counselor who is the best fit to meet your individual needs.
Q.What are your coaching fees?
They range from 150.00 - 250.00 per 60-minute session depending on your choice of coach. Our office staff will be happy to assist you with specifics about selecting the executive coach, custody coach or life coach who is the best fit to meet your needs.
Q.What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Cash, Checks, Master Card, VISA, Discover and American Express. Payment in full is due at time of visit. Please make all checks payable to: The LifeWorks Group.
Q.Do you accept health insurance as primary payment?
No. Our counselors are considered \"out of network\" providers. We will provide you with a super-receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement, according to your own individual insurance plan. You may call the toll free number on the back of your health insurance card to find out the specifics of what coverage your insurance carrier has in place for out of network providers.
Q.Do your counselors dispense medications?
No, our counselors are Licensed Mental Health Counselors or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapists who are not authorized by the state of Florida to prescribe medications. You will need to contact your medical doctor or a psychiatrist for your prescription medications.
Q.Does LifeWorks offer Workshops or Groups?
Yes, our team of counseling experts periodically offer group therapy or workshops on various topics. Contact our office for more information about dates, times and topics of upcoming groups or seminars that may be interesting to you.
